Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using PYNTravel, you agree to these terms.
Service description
PYNTravel provides trip-planning tools through the web app and first-party mobile clients where available. The service helps users manage trips, itineraries, travelers, transport, planned budgets, expenses, analytics, and email invitations.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address reachable.
Age and family data
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to create an account. A parent or legal guardian may add a child as a traveler profile, but must have authority to provide that information and must not create an account for a child who cannot lawfully use the service.
Shared trips
Trip owners and editors may invite other people by email. Access is controlled by trip-member roles. You are responsible for inviting the right people and for the content you add to shared trips.
Paid access, subscriptions, and cancellation
Paid digital access, trip passes, and subscriptions are offered through Paddle checkout. The price, currency, billing period, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. A recurring subscription renews unless it is cancelled before the next billing period. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the Billing area, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops a future renewal; it does not itself create a refund.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Where immediate digital access is offered during a withdrawal period, checkout asks for any express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. The Refund Policy explains our support process alongside those statutory rights.
Travel disclaimer
PYNTravel is a planning tool, not a travel agency, booking provider, insurer, visa adviser, or transport operator. It does not guarantee route, price, availability, legal, visa, border, safety, weather, health, transport, or schedule accuracy. Verify important travel details with official providers before travel.
Third-party services
The service relies on providers such as Paddle, hosting and email delivery providers, Google and Apple sign-in providers, Google location services, and Umami analytics when you choose optional analytics. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that harms the service or other users.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes should be reflected on this page before they apply.
Your content and permission to operate the service
You retain ownership of the trip, profile, note, itinerary, budget, expense, and other content you submit. You give PYNTravel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, copy, format, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to share it with the people you authorize. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for protected backups, legal retention, or content that remains in a shared trip controlled by another user.
You must have the right to submit personal data and other content, especially information about children, invitees, and fellow travelers. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, confidential information you are not authorized to share, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, use the service to spam or harass people, impersonate another person, create fraudulent purchases or refunds, or use trip invitations to collect addresses for unrelated marketing.
PYNTravel and Paddle
Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for paid transactions completed through Paddle checkout. The purchase transaction is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. These PYNTravel Terms are the supplier agreement governing your use of the product. Subscription cancellation, statutory withdrawal, and refunds are explained in the Paddle Refund Policy and our Refund Policy. If the documents conflict about the Paddle transaction, Paddle’s buyer terms apply; mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
Third-party terms
Google Places location search is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy, which are incorporated for that feature. A chosen Google or Apple sign-in and the Paddle portal are also governed by the relevant provider terms. PYNTravel is not responsible for a third-party service outside its control, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
PYNTravel, its software, design, branding, documentation, and service-generated materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer intellectual-property rights or permit use of PYNTravel branding without permission.
Availability, warranties, and liability
We aim to keep the service available and to protect stored data, but maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, or changes may interrupt it. Keep independent copies of information needed during travel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost bookings, missed transport, or decisions made from user-entered or third-party travel information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
Suspension, termination, and data
We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, unlawful use, fraud, or a serious security risk. Where practical and legally permitted, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Termination does not cancel accrued payment obligations, statutory rights, or provisions that by their nature must survive. Data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or court rights available in the consumer’s country. Send a complaint to legal@pyntravel.com; we will try to resolve it directly. You may also contact the competent consumer-protection authority or court. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to use arbitration or prevents a complaint to a regulator.
